Situated between the existing part and an enlargement, the new cental lobby with reception and group lounge will form the new face of the Remeyerhof retirement home.
The design tends to high residence quality, representativeness, clear organisation of the different function areas and flexiblility of the space for various uses.
The lighting-, color and material concept achieves a big effect with an economic budget. Furthermore longevityand easy maintenance of the spaces were considered as well as an early construction completion.
